Terms of Use
Last updated 15 October 2026. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What this site is
AIVibeCodedGames.com is an independent website that offers original browser games, public domain classic games, and a directory of third-party games with links to their creators.
Using the site
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not misuse it: no attempts to disrupt the service, scrape it at a harmful rate, break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The original games, written content, design and code on this site belong to the site's operator unless stated otherwise. You may link to any page. You may quote short extracts with credit and a link, but you may not copy the site or republish its games without permission.
Third-party games and links
Directory entries link to games and websites run by other people. We do not own, host or control them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. Mention of an AI tool does not mean that company endorses or is connected to this site.
Submissions
If you submit a game or message, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that the details are accurate. You give us permission to list the game, display its title, description and thumbnail, credit you, and link to your site. You can ask us to remove a listing at any time through the contact page.
No warranty
The site and its games are provided as they are and as available. We make no promise that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Games made with AI may contain bugs.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from third-party games and websites you reach through it.
Changes
We may update these terms and the site at any time. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
